EthicalIncome offers guided sessions designed to support the growth of entrepreneurial ventures. Offerings may include live workshops, group coaching calls and community networking events. Detailed descriptions and schedules are provided prior to enrollment.

Information Products

Our digital materials include downloadable guides, templates and recorded seminars. Access is granted for individual use only and may require specific devices or software.

Physical Goods

Any tangible products sold through EthicalIncome, such as printed workbooks or branded accessories, are shipped as indicated at purchase. Delivery times and handling costs are specified during checkout.

Refund Policy

EthicalIncome aims to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. The following outlines our reimbursement and transfer provisions by category.

Service Reimbursement and Transfers

If you find a session unsuitable, you may request reimbursement within 7 days of the first session. Upon approval, amounts will be credited back via the original payment channel within 14 days. Alternatively, you may transfer your enrollment to a future session date without additional charge.

Certain one-on-one coaching packages are marked as final sale due to limited availability and personalized preparation. Such purchases are clearly indicated at registration and are not refundable. This policy reflects the reserved time commitments and preparatory work provided by our experts.

Digital Product Reimbursement

Access to digital guides may be reimbursed within 14 days of download if technical issues prevent use. Requests must include evidence of the issue. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 days via the original payment method. Access will be revoked upon completion of the reimbursement.

Physical Goods Reimbursement

Items may be returned for reimbursement if received damaged or defective. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Upon receipt of the returned item in original condition, we will issue reimbursement within 10 days. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the purchaser unless the error is on our part.

For physical goods without reported damage or defect within the above window, reimbursements are not available.

Amendments

EthicalIncome may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in our offerings constitutes acceptance of such changes.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bern.
